We look at what is actually on the surfaces. Mortar, dust, overspray and adhesive all release differently and some will not come off without damaging what is underneath.

Building exterior first, then the flat work, so nothing that rinses off the upper surfaces lands on concrete that has already been cleaned.
Final pass
Edges, entries and anything the equipment could not reach get detailed by hand before the final rinse.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will mortar haze come off new concrete?
Usually a substantial amount of it, depending on how long it has been sitting and how heavily it was left. Cured mortar that has bonded into the surface is a different situation, and we will tell you which one you are looking at before starting.
Do you work directly with builders?
Yes, builders and contractors as well as homeowners taking possession of a new build. If you have multiple lots finishing around the same time, send them together and we will schedule them as a block.
When in the build should this be scheduled?
After the trades are finished and off the site. Cleaning before the last of the work is done means paying to clean the same surfaces twice.
